WHEELMAX RETURN POLICY

Effective Date: January 1, 2026

This Return Policy governs purchases made through the Wheelmax Buy-For-Me Service (“Service”). It outlines the conditions under which a vehicle may be returned and the responsibilities of all parties involved.

By using the Buy-For-Me Service, you agree to this Return Policy.

1. SCOPE OF SERVICE

The Buy-For-Me Service is a facilitated purchase service where Wheelmax assists users in sourcing, inspecting, and delivering vehicles.

  • Wheelmax acts as a facilitator and procurement agent, not the manufacturer of the vehicle.
  • Vehicles may be sourced from third-party dealers or sellers.
  • This policy applies only to vehicles purchased through the Buy-For-Me Service.

2. ELIGIBILITY FOR RETURNS

2.1 Defective or Undisclosed Damage

A return may be approved where the vehicle has significant mechanical or structural defects not disclosed prior to purchase.

Excludes: Minor cosmetic issues, normal wear and tear, or damage occurring after delivery.

2.2 Incorrect Vehicle Delivered

Valid where the delivered vehicle materially differs from specifications (Wrong make, model, year, or major trim differences).

2.3 Cooling-Off Period (Limited)

Wheelmax provides a 24-hour cooling-off window. The vehicle must not have been materially used and mileage must not exceed 20 km from delivery state.

3. RETURN REQUEST PROCESS

Submission

Contact Wheelmax within 7 days of delivery with order reference and evidence (photos/videos).

Verification

Wheelmax will arrange an inspection to verify claims against original listing and reports.

Authorization

If approved, a Return Authorization (RA) will be issued. No return is processed without an RA.

4. RETURN CONDITIONS

  • Condition: Substantially the same as delivered with no new alterations.
  • Mileage: Must not exceed 100 km from delivery mileage.
  • Documentation: All original receipts, reports, and accessories must be returned.

5. REFUND PROCESS

Refunds are processed after the vehicle is received and final inspection confirms compliance.

Timeline: 10–15 business days

Refunds are made to the original payment method unless otherwise agreed.

6. NON-REFUNDABLE FEES

  • Inspection Fees
  • Logistics & Delivery
  • Service Fees

7. EXCLUSIONS

  • Custom-ordered or specially sourced vehicles.
  • Vehicles purchased outside the Buy-For-Me Service.
  • Direct transactions between buyer and seller.
  • Returns requested outside the allowed timeframe.
